Agnes is a member of Lindahl’s Equity Capital Markets and Public M&A group and mainly works with matters related to these areas. Agnes experience includes advising both public and private companies in connection with, among other things, capital raises, general meetings and M&A transactions. Agnes also works with matters relating to business law and equity capital markets in general.
