Lindahl’s Örebro office provides legal advice at the absolute cutting edge. We advise in all areas of business law and are primarily involved in M&A, insolvency, corporate, real estate, commercial leasehold and employment law as well as public procurement, IT and dispute resolution.
We cooperate extensively with Örebro University through our involvement in the university’s incubator programme (Inkubera) and through regular teaching in business law at the university’s law faculty. We have also been, for many years, the main sponsor of a legal fair at the university and we contribute to the law students’ association. Through our involvement in the Board Academy, we participate in the development of board work and recruitment, primarily in owner-run companies.
