Advokatfirman Lindahl’s office in Uppsala has a new Managing Partner from 1 March. Patrik Rindstål, who is taking over the leadership role from Mårten Steen, is looking forward to continuing the work to develop long-term client relationships and to be a firm at which employees can feel at home.
Lindahl is in an exciting period of growth, with increases in terms of both total sales and size. At the same time, changes are taking place in the local leadership in Uppsala. Patrik Rindstål is now taking over from Mårten Steen as Managing Partner in Uppsala. Patrik sees this as both a privilege and a great responsibility.
“We have a well-established business and the ambitious goal of continuing to grow. We do this by developing both the cutting edge and the breadth of the services we offer and by being an employer where employees feel at home and are provided with the best possible conditions to allow them to develop. I look forward to living up to the trust placed in me by my colleagues and continuing to work towards our goals."
"I look forward to living up to the trust placed in me by my colleagues and continuing to work towards our goals.”
Patrik describes Lindahl’s operations as resting on two basic pillars. The long-term trust of our clients means that our advice becomes more effective, creates more value and is more enjoyable to give, says Patrik. The second pillar is the firm’s employees:
“Without the highly competent, friendly colleagues I have the privilege of working with every day, our business would soon come to a standstill. It’s important for us to continue to work purposefully to develop both these aspects and as Managing Partner I’ll be focusing on that,” says Patrik.
Highly regarded Managing Partner leaves his post
Mårten Steen is leaving the post after several years as the highly regarded Managing Partner in Uppsala. He is looking forward to the coming years.
“I’m proud of how we’ve developed over the past few years, with strong growth, greater profitability and continued focus on our culture and our employees. Also, looking back on the years of the pandemic, I’m happy at how we got through it as a team. New steps in Lindahl’s development are now on the horizon and it’s a real pleasure to hand over to Patrik in this exciting phase. He’s a popular colleague and an effective leader, with a tremendous interest both in our clients and in Lindahl as a company,” says Mårten Steen.
