As of 1 October 2023, Ahmed Al-Rahma has joined Lindahl law firm as Partner. He will further strengthen the firm's M&A and Private Equity group in Stockholm.
"We are delighted to welcome Ahmed to Lindahl. Ahmed will play an important role in our M&A and Private Equity practice, where we see strong demand for our services despite current market conditions," says Monica Lagercrantz, Managing Partner at Lindahl in Stockholm.
Ahmed Al-Rahma most recently comes from a position within Roschier's M&A group. Prior to that, he served as a judicial clerk at Svea Court of Appeal and worked for other international law firms. Ahmed also has a unique entrepreneurial background as founder of Sweden's first peer-to-peer car sharing company.
"I have received a warm welcome at Lindahl and I look forward to contributing to Lindahl's continued development”.
Lindahl has recently seen an increased demand for its legal services within the fields of M&A and Private Equity and has, among others, advised Polaris on its acquisition of a majority stake in Micropower Group and Wistrandsgruppen on its sale of Dollarstore.
Ahmed Al-Rahma joins Lindahl shortly after the firm’s recruitment of transaction expert Jan Byström.
