Lindahl continues its development in Stockholm and appoints Monica Lagercrantz as the new Managing Partner. Monica succeeds Mats Tindberg, who will return to his usual role as a partner from January 2022.
Monica Lagercrantz has worked as a lawyer for 15 years and has spent most of those years at the same firm. This was until early 2020, when she joined the small group of partners who laid the foundation for Lindahl’s new office in Stockholm. Monica has been involved in matters relating to the firm since the start and early on became a key player in the rapid development of the office, which today consists of around 45 employees.
– The recipe for the rapid development of the office has been our focus on recruiting good people and placing great emphasis on personal qualities and skills. The future is bright for Lindahl Stockholm, with continued growth and a good working environment and my main task will be to realise that potential by developing the entire group, says Monica Lagercrantz.
Together, Lindahl’s six offices will now continue on the already established path towards developing a successful law firm, where those who want to can work for many years. Working to enhance skills at all stages and caring for the positive corporate culture will form an important part of this.
Monica succeeds former MP Mats Tindberg, who will continue to be deeply involved in Lindahl Stockholm’s future journey.
– I am one of three founders who, two years ago, were given the task of re-establishing Lindahl’s Stockholm office. At present we have around 45 employees and Lindahl is back on the map in Stockholm! For that reason, now is the perfect time to pass the baton on to Monica, who is a skilled lawyer and partner, says Mats Tindberg, who will now focus on the growing amount of client work.
