Lindahl once again featured in the rankings when the results were published for this year's edition of World Trademark Review 1000: The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals.
Lindahl retains its positions from last year in the categories Prosecution and Strategy and Enforcement and Litigation, with several individuals receiving mentions:
"Full-service outfit Lindahl is backed by all the legal and technical know-how necessary to dish out an effective 360-degree brand protection service to its glittering roster of clients."
To put it into context, ELON, one of the country’s largest retailers of white goods, relies on the group for assistance with its Nordic expansion plans, while Haribo looks to it for robust representation in enforcement and infringement proceedings, and Axis Communications is a long-term subscriber to the firm’s wall-to-wall offering.
Although these entities operate across vastly different industries, they all have one thing in common, and that is that Johan Norderyd represents their interests to the hilt.
“A top address in Sweden, he possesses great knowledge and skill and finds ways to cover a lot of ground for his patrons."
Also deserving of a mention are his colleagues and rising stars, Christian Sundén, Lukas Jönsson and Tobias Carlsson.
“Christian is great to work and communicate with while Tobias and Lukas provide timely, and well-founded advice based on practical, strategic and business-oriented grounds.”
