At the beginning of 2019, Lindahl had the pleasure of welcoming three new partners: Sten Gejrot (Malmö), Helena Lindbäck (Uppsala) and Magnus Myrbäck (Helsingborg). Earlier in 2018 Jane Hartwig joined the firm as a partner at the Uppsala office.
The wide scope of the new partners, both in terms of skills, areas of expertise and geography, enables Lindahl to continue delivering legal advice adapted to each client's specific needs.
Sten Gejrot has a long and solid experience, especially in financing and capital market issues, but also in maritime law, corporate law and M&A. He previously worked with MAQS Law Firm and joined Lindahl in 2019.
Helena Lindbäck works with corporate law, securities law, M&A and commercial agreements in a number of industries – primarily with research and technology-intensive companies. Helena has been working at Lindahl since 2012.
Magnus Myrbäck is head of the public sector and procurement team at the Helsingborg office. He has extensive experience of proceedings in the general courts and of arbitration, with particular focus on contract-based liability proceedings. Magnus joined Lindahl in 2017.
Jane Hartwig specializes in real estate law with special experience in real estate transactions, commercial agreements and real estate projects. Jane was previously at Ahlford Law Firm and joined Lindahl in 2018.
