William Langran, international arbitration lawyer at leading Swedish law firm Lindahl, has been admitted to the Panel of Arbitrators of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). CIETAC, also known as the Arbitration Court of the China Chamber of International Commerce, is one of the world’s major permanent arbitration institutions.
Mr Langran, co-chair of the Lindahl China Desk and holder of a degree in Chinese languages, joins a select group of British lawyers able to arbitrate in dual language (English/Chinese) arbitrations. Mr Langran, a member of the Bar of the State of New York, has around a decade’s worth of international dispute resolution experience, including experience from practice in New York, Hong Kong, Paris, and Stockholm. His admission to the CIETAC panel is strong evidence of Lindahl’s expertise and dedication to delivering legal services relevant to China.
