Lindahl law firm continues to develop and sees growing demand for smart legal advice, broad experiences and a long-term mindset that enables clients’ businesses to reach the full potential. In order to further meet clients' needs for future-proofed legal advice, Lindahl takes on four new partners.
The new partners are Ginta Ahrel, Ludvig Holm, Carl-Johan Krusell and Caroline Olstedt Carlström.
Ginta Ahrel specializes in international commercial and investment arbitration. She acts as counsel in arbitration proceedings as well as court proceedings. Ginta is chairman of Lindahl's Eastern European Group. She started at Lindahl in 2006 and is located in Stockholm.
Ludvig Holm is specialized in intellectual property law, marketing law and life sciences. His main focus is trademark and patent litigation. Ludvig joined Lindahl in 2010 and is based in Stockholm.
Carl-Johan Krusell is particularly focused on corporate law and M&A. Carl-Johan also has extensive experience as an adviser in the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements in different industries. He is a member of the competence group for Corporate Finance within Lindahl. Carl-Johan started at Lindahl 2010 and is active in Malmö.
Earlier this year, Lindahl was pleased to announce that Caroline Olstedt Carlström will become a partner at Lindahl in Stockholm. Caroline joins from a role as Vice President Privacy at fintech company Klarna, and she strengthens Lindahl's leading data protection / GDPR offer. Caroline is chairman of the Data Protection Forum and she started working at Lindahl in Stockholm in May 2017.
