Lindahl is acting as an adviser in the sale of Didner & Gerge to Carnegie
Advokatfirman Lindahl is representing the founders and majority shareholders of Didner & Gerge Fonder Aktiebolag (“Didner & Gerge”) in the sale of the company to Carnegie Holding AB (“Carnegie”), which is the parent company of the Carnegie Group. The consideration consists of shares in Carnegie and the transaction is subject to customary approvals by public authorities.

Didner & Gerge was founded in Uppsala in 1994 by Henrik Didner and Adam Gerge as one of the first independent fund management companies in Sweden. The company currently manages six funds with a total capital of approximately SEK 55 billion.
Carnegie is one of the leading financial advisers and asset managers in the Nordic region, with over 800 employees.
The Lindahl team in the transaction mainly consists of Mårten Steen, Michael Edquist, Hugo Norlén, Theo Biström, Isabella Mellberg and Anna-Karin Langdell Hagman.
