Lindahl advises Novare in the acquisition of shares in Finnish Fairchild Executive Search
The Novare Group has acquired 20% of the shares in the parent company of Finnish Fairchild Executive Search. In connection with the acquisition, Fairchild’s main shareholder, Johan Stierncreutz, becomes a minority shareholder in the Novare Group.

The acquisition aims to deepen the already existing collaboration within Executive Search and enable further business development of Novare’s other operations towards the Finnish market in partnership with Fairchild. Fairchild will remain an independent company and continue to operate under its own brand.
Founded in 1999, Fairchild offers a broad range of expert services in executive recruitment and leadership services across various industries and functions. Fairchild’s expertise includes Executive Search, Board Services, Executive Assessment, and Leadership Audits.
Novare was founded in 2001 by Fredrik Hillelson and Investor with the aim of providing HR support to Investor’s smaller portfolio companies. Today, Novare is a corporate group consisting of various companies specializing in Human Capital, jointly owned by employed shareholders and FAM AB. In 2023, Novare Group achieved a turnover of approximately SEK 300 million in 2023 with solid profitability.
Lindahl has advised the Novare Group and its shareholders in the two transactions. Lindahl’s team consisted of Mats Tindberg and Isak Tholén.
