Lindahl acts as an advisor in Uppsalahem’s acquisition of 290 rental apartments

The three properties are situated in the attractive districts of Rosendal and Sala backe and include 290 residential apartments.
The transaction enables the municipal company Uppsalahem to strengthen its presence in Rosendal and supplements its portfolio in Sala backe with new production. The transaction is conditional on a decision by the City Council Assembly in February 2024 and Uppsalahem will take possession of the properties after that.
Lindahl’s team of advisors mainly consisted of Lovisa Lagerwall, Jonas Lenhammar, Anders Carls and Åsa Fahlén.
