Advokatfirman Lindahl assisted the foodtech company hÄppi AB in a significant round of investment involving a total of 8 MSEK. The round of funding was led by the Austrian company Graphit NeoTaste, which forms part of the Piëch family and which has a long important heritage, primarily in the automotive industry. The investment marks an important step for hÄppi AB, which specialises in producing a prebiotic functional beverage containing absolutely no sweeteners or added sugar. This injection of capital means that the company is now ready to expand its business and reach out to the European market.
