At the beginning of 2023, FAM AB entered as a shareholder in the Novare Group with an ownership share of 10 %. FAM is now expanding its ownership in the Novare Group by acquiring an additional 10% of the shares in the Novare Group's parent company. All existing partners will remain as partners and will continue to work within Novare.
Novare was founded in 2001 by Fredrik Hillelson and Investor AB with the purpose of offering HR support to the smaller portfolio companies of Investor. Today Novare is partner-owned group of companies with different companies which offer special competences within Human Capital. The Novare Group had a turnover of around 300 MSEK during 2023 with a good profitability.
Lindahl represented the existing partners of the parent company of the Novare Group in the transaction. The Lindahl team consisted of Mats Tindberg and Frida Lovén.
