Lindahl law firm has assisted Stiftelsen Västmanlands-Dala nations studentbostäder in connection with entering into a lease agreement with Akademiska Hus.
The agreement means that Stiftelsen Västmanlands-Dala nations studentbostäder will rent 170 apartments for approximately 350 students and postgraduate students in the ongoing new construction project, Aquila in Rosendal. The project, which is carried out by Akademiska Hus, aims to enhance Uppsala's attractiveness as a student city and offer campus-near accommodation for students and postgraduate students.
