Advokatfirman Lindahl has acted as a legal advisor to the owners of Scandiflash AB in connection with the sale of the company to Scandinavian Astor Group AB. The transaction is conditional on the green light from Inspektionen för Strategiska Produkter (ISP) [the Swedish National Inspectorate of Strategic Products] and is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.
Through the transaction, Scandiflash AB, a leading global supplier of flash X-ray systems, will become part of Scandinavian Astor Group AB, which intends to strengthen its position in the defence sector through the acquisition.
The Lindahl team in the transaction consisted of Alexander Tham and Tobias Bengtsson.
