Lindahl has advised the sellers in the sale of 100 percent of the shares in Ebab AB (together with its subsidiaries Ebab Installationsteknik AB, Ebab Fastighetsutveckling AB and Ebab i Stockholm AB) ("Ebab") to Broviken Gruppen (“Broviken”). The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals.
Broviken is taking a significant step in building a market-leading construction and project management group by partnering with Ebab, a well-established and prominent sector-leading company in project and construction management. The group already includes Forsen, PQ Projektledning and Projektledarbyrån. These four affiliated companies will be consolidated under Forsen Partners AB. The partnership with Ebab enhances the overall customer offering and strengthens the group's position as one of Sweden's leading actors in project and construction management.
