Lindahl has advised the sellers in the sale of the shares in Entrack Sverige AB ("Entrack") and indirectly its subsidiaries in Sweden, Finland, Poland and Italy, to Lantmännen ek. för ("Lantmännen"). The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals.
Entrack sells a wide range of products, including wear parts and equipment for construction and agricultural machinery. The company has been family-owned for almost 50 years, has a turnover of SEK 400 million per year and has about 70 employees. After the acquisition, Entrack will be organized as an independent business within Lantmännen's business area Swecon. The sale contributes to Entrack's and Lantmännen's continued development and growth and creates good conditions for the companies' future.
