Advokatfirman Lindahl has acted as legal advisor to K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter when the company has created a joint venture company which has acquired 2,990 student apartments from K2A. A sale and purchase agreement has been entered into with Slättö where Slättö has acquired 40 % of the issued common shares in the joint venture company while K2A is the owner of the remaining 60 %. The transaction releases liquid funds of MSEK 660 to K2A and with a property value of MSEK 3,121,000 which corresponds to 100 % of the properties book value.
