Advokatfirman Lindahl has assisted the Swedish book retailer, Bokusgruppen AB (publ), in the acquisition of the information service and media company, BTJ Sweden AB (”BTJ”).
Through its subsidiary, Bokus AB, Bokusgruppen has acquired all shares in BTJ, a company with over 80 years of experience within digital information services, media and book sales. BTJ has its head office in Lund and turned over about SEK 100 million during 2023.
Lindahl's team, which assisted in contractual negotiations and due diligence, comprised Thorbjörn Wennerholm (responsible partner), Alex Malta and Jonathan Åkesson.
