Advokatfirman Lindahl has acted as a legal advisor to HANZA AB in connection with its acquisition of Leden Group, a leading Finnish actor within advanced mechanical manufacturing with an annual turnover of about SEK 1.1 billion.
The acquisition of Leden Group is a central part of HANZA's "HANZA 2025" strategy, and constitutes a significant strengthening of the company's manufacturing cluster, particularly in Finland and the Baltic states The acquisition improves HANZA's offering within advanced mechanical manufacturing, which strengthens the company's position as a leading global actor within contract manufacturing.
