Lindahl has acted as advisor to Cramo AB in connection with the acquisition of all shares in MG Rental AB from Nuld Holding AB. MG Rental AB is engaged in both the rental and sale of machines.
The Lindahl team consisted of Thorbjörn Wennerholm, Alex Malta, Christian Sundén, Alva Resare and Thea Nygren.
