Riksbyggen is a cooperative company that develops attractive living environments. Riksbyggen is also one of the largest property managers in Sweden, whose customers include tenant-owner associations, companies and public property owners.
Lindahl has been assisting Riksbyggen in a collaboration project with the municipal company Halmstads Fastighetsaktiebolag (HFAB). HFAB has acquired the Halmstad Bulten 4 property, where Riksbyggen has an option to acquire 50 per cent of future building rights.
The next step is the commencement of the work on a new detailed development plan. The detailed development plan is expected to be completed by the end of 2027. Riksbyggen and HFAB are then planning to work together to build a total of 180-200 apartments, half of which will be rental apartments built by HFAB and the other half will be tenant-owned apartments built by Riksbyggen.
