Lindahl has assisted the Swedish industrial group Volati in connection with the acquisition of all shares in the machinery supplier Trejon Försäljnings AB. The acquisition is an add-on acquisition for Volati’s Salix Group business area and the transaction strengthens its position in the forestry and agricultural machinery segment.
The acquisition of Trejon enables Salix Group to gain access to an expanded range of high-quality machinery for agriculture, forestry and construction. That strengthens the range on offer to customers and enables synergies to be achieved through a larger network of suppliers with opportunities for the companies to optimise flows.
Trejon dates back to the 1940s and is today one of the leading machinery suppliers in agriculture, forestry and construction through a nationwide network of dealers. The company had total sales of approximately SEK 300 million in 2022/23.
