Advokatfirman Lindahl acted as legal advisor for Arbona AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of GLS Laserstans AB and GLS Henjo AB (”GLS-companies”). The acquisition was implemented by Arbona's subsidiary, Arbona Industri AB. The GLS-companies are full service suppliers within sheet metalworking and the acquisition gives Arbona a central position in the Swedish and international sheet metalworking market. Together, the GLS-companies have some 150 employees and had a turnover of approximately SEK 380 in 2023.
In connection with the transaction, the previous owners of the GLS-companies reinvested a part of the purchase sum in Arbona Industri AB.
The Lindahl team consisted primarily of Thorbjörn Wennerholm, Sepehr Namazi, Thea Nygren and Alva Resare.
