Advokatfirman Lindahl has acted as legal advisor to K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter AB when the company has issued SEK 500,000,000 senior unsecured green bonds. The company intends to apply for that the bonds are admitted to listing on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
Arctic Securities AS, filial Sverige and Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial have acted as joint bookrunners in connection with the issue of the green bonds. Advokatfirman Lindahl KB has acted as joint legal adviser to K2A and the joint bookrunners.
