Lindahl has acted as legal adviser to K2A in connection with the company's sale of six properties in Gävle, Västerås and Uppsala. The underlying property value amounts to MSEK 1,095.
The sale entails K2A transferring four properties with completion on 31 May 2023, as well as two properties under development with planned occupation in December 2023. K2A has developed 359 rental properties on the sites in Gävle and Västerås, with a total lettable area of 14,400 sqm. The sites in Uppsala are under development and are expected to be completed in December 2023. 216 newly constructed rental properties are being constructed on the sites with a lettable area of 11,350 sqm.
