Lindahl has advised Sareq AB in connection with is acquisition of shares in Langia IT Solutions from Måns Strandqvist AB.
Langia IT Solutions AB is an IT consulting company with a global customer base that operates within digitalization, microservices and cloud solutions. The primary focus is e-commerce solutions for medium- to large-sized companies. The company, founded in 2015 by Måns Strandqvist, is an SAP partner and leading specialist in the e-commerce platform SAP Commerce in the Nordic region. Måns Strandqvist will remain as shareholder and CEO of the company.
Sareq is a family-owned investment company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine interest in business development. Sareq has a long-term investment perspective and works closely with its subsidiaries. In this way, Sareq contributes with both expertise and capital, which generates growth and profitability.
