Lindahl acted as a legal advisor to Reato Group (publ) in connection with the company’s acquisition of all shares in the real estate company Företagsplanering i Malmö AB and thereby, indirectly, of two properties in central Lund, as well as the operating company Hotel Planetstaden Aktiebolag. The transaction is based on an agreed valuation of SEK 250 million for the properties and the hotel business.
The properties consist of 150 hotel rooms and 46 long-stay apartments, with a total lettable area of approximately 12,800 square metres.
The Lindahl team consisted of Jan Berg, Frida Lovén, Rebecka Gamboa, Mikael Nagy and Matilda Jusslin (transaction and financing), as well as Sten Gejrot and Ellen Frisk (loan financing), among others.
