Lindahl assisted Heba in connection with the company's sale of five properties in Stockholm to Fastighets AB Senator, Jan Fredegård and Tage Liljedahl Fastighets AB. The underlying property value amounts to SEK 774 million and the company plans to take possession on 2 October 2023.
The Lindahl team consisted of Jan Berg and Alexander Schröder.
