DS Sweden Holding AB has sold all shares in Rosborg Entreprenad to Fasadgruppen Norden AB. The facade contractor Rosborg Entreprenad offers specialized services in facade, roof, and window works, as well as structural completion and remediation. The clientele includes both private and public property owners, as well as larger construction companies. DS Sweden Holding AB has committed to reinvesting a part of the purchase price through the acquisition of existing shares in Fasadgruppen Group AB (publ).
