Lindahl has acted as an advisor to DeVenture AB in connection with the sale of a majority of shares in Sordin AB to Dcbl Intressenter AB, in which Coeli is the majority shareholder.
Sordin AB is a world leader in the development and production of passive and active hearing protection. The company’s customers are to be found in industry and hunting, as well as in the military, police and emergency services.
DeVenture AB will continue to be a major minority shareholder in Sordin AB.
