Micropower Group is a leader in the development of unique battery charging solutions and power supplies as well as modular Li-ion batteries. The group is headquartered in Växjö, Sweden, has around 460 FTEs, and recorded SEK +1,500m revenue in 2022.
The investment is made in partnership with management and former owners whom, after the transaction, remain with a significant minority ownership.
Lindahl’s team mainly consisted of Jan Byström, Fredrik Gillgren, Jan Berg, Mikael Nagy, Giulia Ramundo and Madeleine Hallstedt.
