Lindahl assisted HSB in the acquisition of a 10,694 sqm area of land in Surbrunnshagen in Falun. HSB plans to build 90 tenant-owner properties on the land.
HSB develops, finances, builds and manages homes throughout Sweden. Over one million people currently live in HSB's rental and tenant-owner properties all over the country. HSB was founded in 1923, and its approximately 677,000 members make it Sweden's largest housing cooperative.
HSB has now acquired land in Falun in Surbrunnshagen, an expansive neighbourhood in the regiment area. HSB's advisor in the transaction was Lovisa Lagerwall, lawyer in property law at Advokatfirman Lindahl.
Access to the land will be on12 April 2023 and HSB is planning to start construction in 2025 at the earliest, depending on the global and economic situation.
