Lindahl acted as an advisor to the owners of Matterhorn Sverige AB (“Matterhorn”) in connection with the sale of all shares to Båstadgruppen AB (“Båstadgruppen”).
Matterhorn sells outdoor clothing under its own Matterhorn brand and reported total sales of SEK 47 million and an EBITA of SEK 11 million for the 2020/2021 financial year. The company has been selling timeless outdoor garments suitable for work and leisure since 1997. Matterhorn sells mainly to the professional sector and the colours and prints of the garments enable customers to create their own identity.
Båstadgruppen was founded in 1907 and is a leading Nordic supplier of high-quality work clothing and protective and professional footwear, selling through retailers throughout Europe. Its largest markets are Sweden and Norway. Båstadgruppen has been part of Storskogen Group AB (publ) since 2019.
