Dacke Industri continues to grow through its acquisition of Fogmaker International AB, one of the leading global suppliers of fire protection systems for engine compartments. The acquisition is an element in Dacke Industri's strategy to expand and strengthen its orientation as long-term owner of innovative technology companies with a focus on customised components and systems. Dacke Industri completed the acquisition of 70% of the shares in Fogmaker International AB on 1 December. Together with the current management, the seller will remain as owner of 30% of the shares.
Fogmaker develops, manufactures and markets fire protection systems with high-pressure water mist for engine compartments. It has its head office, along with R&D and manufacturing plant, in Växjö with approx. 100 employees and an annual turnover of over SEK 300 million.
Dacke Industri, which is owned by Nordenstjernan, is a long-term owner that develops and invests in innovative technology companies.
