Lindahl has represented Plagazi AB (publ) in a directed share issue amounting to a total of approximately 53 MSEK. Plagazi AB is a Swedish cleantech company that is revolutionising the production of green hydrogen. The Plagazi process helps companies and communities to improve the circular economy by converting waste to green hydrogen through plasma combustion and patented technology. The Plagazi process helps solve global problems such as non-recyclable waste, the hunt for renewable energy sources and carbon dioxide emissions. The investment is crucial for the company’s development, market launch and establishment of hydrogen facilities.
