In the beginning of January 2023, FAM AB will acquire 10 % of the shares in the parent company of the Novare Group. The existing partners will remain as partners and will continue to work for Novare.
Novare was founded in 2001 by Fredrik Hillelson and Investor with the purpose of offering HR support to the smaller portfolio companies of Investor. Today, Novare is a partner-owned group of companies which offers specialist expertise within the area of Human Capital. The Novare Group has an estimated turnover of around SEK 300 million in 2022, with good profitability.
Lindahl represented the existing partners and shareholders of the parent company of the Novare Group in connection with the transaction. Lindahl’s team consisted of Mats Tindberg and Axel Strandborg.
