Vasastaden signed an agreement with Svenska Handelsfastigheter for the sale of property holdings consisting of seven retail properties with a total leasable area of 11,721 m2, of which 11,340 m2 (97%) is leased by ICA. The properties are located in Ljusdal, Örebro and the surrounding area, Skövde and Falköping.
The transaction was carried out as a company transfer with an underlying property value of 160 MSEK. The purchaser is expected to gain access at the beginning of June 2022.
