Lindahl acted as advisor to Silva Sweden AB in the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Primus AB from Fenix Outdoor AB. Silva and Primus have enjoyed substantial growth in recent years and have both gained strong positions in various markets.
Silva is a Swedish company that specialises in products for outdoor use with distribution in the Nordic region, Europe, Asia and North America.
Primus supplies outdoor kitchens and equipment and was established in Stockholm in 1892 when the founders developed the world's first soot-free kerosene stove.
Lindahl's team consisted of Erik Lingsell, Ida Karlsson, Emma Hultgren and Karin Pöhner.
