Prevas AB (publ) has acquired the company Myra Industriell Design AB (“Myra”). Myra, a premium company whose history goes back to 1976, has won a large number of international design awards and is well known as a complete design provider. With over 300 customers, Myra is a reputable company with an impressive portfolio of references. The acquisition complements Prevas’ existing offering in product development extremely well and strengthens the existing collaboration between the parties.
Lindahl represented Prevas AB (publ) in the transaction. The Lindahl team consisted of Mats Tindberg and Edvard Gustafsson.
