Prevas AB (publ) has acquired Koteko AB. Koteko AB is an engineering company with 28 employees, and a reputable company in advanced industrial process automation. Koteko also owns 80 per cent of Koteko Installation AB, which is a fast-growing company in industrial installation and servicing. The acquisition complements Prevas’ existing business in advanced automation extremely well.
Lindahl represented Prevas AB (publ) in the transaction. The Lindahl team consisted of Mats Tindberg and Edvard Gustafsson.
