Lindahl acted as legal advisor to Hedbergs Bil in connection with the sale of two properties in Helsingborg, along with the car dealership and workshop activities at those properties, to Hedin Mobility Group. The transaction was carried out partly as a company transfer, with an underlying property value of 80 MSEK, and partly as a business transfer. The purchaser gained access on 1 June 2022.
Hedbergs Bil was founded in 1896 and operates full-service facilities in Malmö and Lund including car sales, servicing and workshop facilities.
