Lindahl represented companies from the Kronosund Group (“Kronosund”) in the acquisition of two property companies with a combined property portfolio of 13 properties in Höganäs and Väsby.
Kronosund owns, manages and develops properties in prime locations in Skåne. Kronosund is a long-term property owner which has been operating for 30 years and which owns residential properties including a total of around 400 rental apartments. Kronosund’s property value amounts to approximately SEK 750 million and its projects involving new construction amount to approximately SEK 250 million.
