Lindahl represented Brorman Fastigheter AB (“Brorman”) in the transfer of Sundsbron Fastighets AB, and thereby the Malmö Skottspolen 1 property and the site-leasehold rights to Malmö Vildanden 9, Malmö Slagan 3 and Malmö Karlsvik 6, to Doxa Aktiebolag (publ) (“Doxa”).
Brorman is a family-owned property company focusing on quality and care of tenants and properties. Brorman’s stock of properties is concentrated in central and western Malmö and Hyllie.
Doxa is active in property investments and dental products. Doxa is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
