Lindahl represented Bendrén Holding AB in the transfer of BokaMera AB (“BokaMera”) to Visma Sverige Holding AB (“Visma”).
BokaMera provides a platform for online booking and specialises in helping companies and entrepreneurs throughout Sweden to move towards online bookings. The booking platform is currently provided for more than 6,000 companies in a unique mix of industries.
Visma is a leading provider of business-critical software for stronger, more efficient communities. Visma has approximately 14,000 employees and 1,135,000 private and public customers in the Nordic region, Benelux, Central and Eastern Europe and Latin America.
