CAB Healthcare AB operates under the Kuralink brand.

Kuralink links care clients and care providers and is currently Sweden’s leading platform for booking and full claims management in the private healthcare sector.

Antwork AB has developed a medical record system for private healthcare providers.

CAB Healthcare AB has acquired Antwork AB, which will become part of CAB Group AB.

Lindahl has assisted CAB Healthcare AB in connection with the transaction. The Lindahl team was led by Erik Lingsell.
