Lindahl acted as an advisor when Beijer Alma recently entered into an agreement on divestment of Habia Cable to HEW-KABEL Holding GmbH and its shareholders Andlinger and Company. The transaction is taking place for a cash payment and values Habia Cable at approximately 910 MSEK on a cash and debt-free basis.
Habia Cable is one of the largest manufacturers of special cables in Europe. The group has production facilities in Sweden, Germany, Poland and China and a sales organisation that is represented in 12 countries in Europe and Asia.
The transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2022 and is subject to standard conditions.
The Lindahl team consisted of Mikael Smedeby, Gabriel Svedberg, Alexander Tham, Elsa Malmqvist, Emira Peterson, Amanda Hahr and Anna-Karin Langdell Hagman.
