Lindahl has assisted Medu AS in the acquisition of Allytec AB

Lindahl assisted the Norway-based company Medu AS in its acquisition of Allytec AB, a specialized knowledge company in urology and emergency care.

Medu was established in Oslo 2020 as a company for distribution and service of medical technical equipment. In addition to the newly acquired Allytec, Medu also consists of the subsidiaries Avalon Medical and Unitronic.

Lindahl's team mainly consisted of Mikael Smedeby and Disa Almqvist.
