With effect from 3 October 2022, the regionally-owned property company Länsgården Fastigheter AB transferred five properties including seven residential buildings to LG Söderberg Bostad AB. The transaction was carried out partly as a direct sale and partly as a transfer of shares. The properties are located in central Örebro alongside Universitetssjukhuset and Stadsparken. Through the sale, Länsgården is refining its business into a property portfolio mostly consisting of health care and social care facilities.
